Events & Success Stories (E.S.S.)
The Belka Enrichment Center is a non-profit organization, which operates excellent Canadian values and promotes sound Character Education.

We reach every age by providing various events and activities that are specially customized for every child, youth, new immigrants and parents. We run all year round programs. Our Outdoor and Indoor Soccer Clinic starts in May 2007 and continues. We are accepting excellent team players.

Our Media team is always available to cover your events. Contact us if you want us to cover your event.

SUMMER CAMP 2009: We have started with 4 locations plus a mobile location from City of Vaughan.  This is the first time trying to see how it works and if it does works fine, we will be going further than Vaughan next year.

We continue our partnership with the Ministry of Education funded Focus On Youth summer program through the TDSB and TCDSB.  The Boards approved 4 schools for Belka this year.  The schools are: Regina Pacis/Monsignor Fraser Adult School and St. Conrad Catholic Schools; the public schools are Blacksmith and Shoreham Public Schools.  We have been supported by the HRDC, United Way of Toronto/GTA and individuals from many communities.  Our signs have been done for free by Spectra-Signs in the Concord area.  The Mobile Lab has been repaired with the funds provided by the Toronto Police Service Board.

Leadership Program and opportunity for ALL:  This year, Belka did not only opens leadership doors for disabled youth from universities and colleges, we created some for children in higher needs.  We look at them as our children and that we should care for them as we do for others.  Parents trusted our able staff to work with their children and we are providing excellent caring services.  Not just services but, a wheel chair bus to help out.

SOCCER OLYMPIC WEEK: We have innovative ways of engaging youth and children.  Summer time is a fun time.  Some of our youth work and some attend our summer camps.   In other to create leaders, we have to allow them to be creative and make a lot of decisions.  They will be organizing this Soccer Olympic Camp.  It is going to be a blast.  Registration fee for players will be $5.  and some will not pay a cent.  Maybe everyone will not be paying for this week.  You have to bring your children and see what these youth will be doing with Admiral Sport.  Admiral is just like Adidas and Puma as far as soccer is concerned.  Admiral has been supporting us by providing uniform to our clubs cheap.  That is good.  Maybe they will be giving us free uniforms from next season.

Soccer:  Belka support team in the Spanish leagues.  The teams are not doing too badly right now.  The North York Panthers and Belka Satellites are doing great.
